Sephora VIB Sale November 2012?

I was just wondering if the rumored Sephora VIB Sale this month is actually going to happen. Also has anyone heard any definate dates for this sale?

I am still miffed about the secretive F & F sale last month, but I may still buy something during the VIB sale if the discount is decent.

If the sale happens, then what will everyone be getting?

I'm still getting the Nars blush that have been on my to-buy list forever - Albatross, Luster, Amour and Outlaw. That's a planned purchase, so I'm getting them regardless. I'm using a gift card. But if I can get them at a discounted price so I can squeeze in an extra item, that's even better.

I think they had the F&F sale but it was limited to the cards that the staff gave out. Last year they sent out an email. This year you had to get a card from a SA:-(

This is true for me too! IDKY but it really bugged me. My list (if I buy anything at all) has decreased a lot b/c of this.

Yes that is what happened, and it really irritated some of their loyal clientele (including me). I actually had SAs apologize to me when I asked about it. I was also told that they were not supposed to mention it to customers, but since I asked they talked to me about it.

I am a fan of how UD runs its F & F sales. Open to everyone but for a short time.

Since they have decided to make us wait for a VIB sale that may or may not happen, I am probably going to order whatever I can get from beauty.com's f&f sale, so I don't have to worry about the sale happening or not.

Good idea. The only things I have on my list right now are Illamasqua and Edward Bess and I don't think Beauty.com carries either. :-(

gosh i am glad i found this post. i was wondering when the sale would be...i feel like i shouldve got an email since its only a week away. i am just getting some boring blushes and a new bronzer....aaaaaaaaaand the lorac pro palette. i am loving lorac lately!!!!

Good idea. The only things I have on my list right now are Illamasqua and Edward Bess and I don't think Beauty.com carries either. :-(

I am going to have to wait and get the becca shimmering skin perfector from sephora as well as the mufe stuff I want, but everything else I will probably get from beauty.com.....plus some items sephora doesnt have. It is going to be an expensive week, lol!
