My gosh this took a long time. I was inspired by how Apropos Makeup on Youtube does her eyes, and I thought I'd try out a new technique which I've been wanting to try for a while. I actually made a video tutorial of this, will be putting that together this week and uploading when I have the time. But here's the pics for now!
