shaving

Okay, this is kind of a weird question.. but does anyone have problems shaving their underarms? I can never seem to get a close, clean shave. I use those razors that are for the bikini line because they are smaller, and I always cut myself if I use the leg ones. But it seems like I'm always missing hair and just can't get 'in there' so to speak

I have a wax kit, so I wax everything. I personally hate shaving for one of the same reasons you mentioned.

Yea I can never get a close enough shave. I don't have a wax kit, which I prolly should get! So any hairs I miss, I pluck. lol.

i have the same problem, but instead of waxing i'll use my "free hand" and place it on my underarm (side towards my body lol) and kinda bring it towards me so i can get the extra hairs that i would normally miss....if this makes sense? lol ik it's a horrible explanation but i hope you understand what i mean...

Hm, I don't seem to have that problem. Use the Gillette mens razors, like the Mach 3 Turbo blades. They are better than lady shavers, imo. Then I just shave first down in the direction of growth, then against it a few times. Gets all the hairs. I put my arm up and back so it flattens out the armpit.

I do all those things and still have dreaded underarm stubble left. My hair is just too course and thick

Make sure your blade is fresh and sharp.

My problem is my hair grow too fast.

I pluck them all. I'm fortunate to not have a lot of underarm hair so I only have to pluck 10-15 hairs

I don't have that problem. Mine grows pretty slow and I only have to do it once every 3 or 4 days. I shave both ways though to get it all.

I use the Mach 3 Turbo too. I have had such a better time using it than when I used womens razors.

I pluck little hairs whenever they grow back (usually every other day), usually in the shower when the pores open up.

I usually shave too, I find that using shaving cream allows the razor to "glide" better and shaves more cleanly. Tried plucking as well but didn't have the patience plus my arms got pretty sore after awhile like muscle cramps. Kudos to all who wax, after I waxed my eyebrows once I never have the courage to wax any part of me again =D
