Sheer Color Extract?

It was a product that was kind of a predecessor to paints. It was much sheerer though.

There were 5 colours and Pool Party was the only time they showed up. They didn't sell too well. They were for the eyes, but some of the colours lent well to use on the face.

Here is a pic. Sorry for the quality.

They were just a sheer cream shadow. They actually were out after the paints were introduced. I remember I had Bellyflop and liked it just for a wash of beigey color. Whereas the paints are more opaque, these you could still see some of your own lid color underneth, do you know what I mean? They didn't sell well, but honestly they weren't bad. I just don't think people understood that they were supposed to be sheer, hence the name Sheer Color Extract....and they were hoping for a more Paint-like finish, but they were made for summertime for a lightened up look. I remember there was a grassy green called Surf n' turf. You can still find them on ebay pretty cheaply.

Thanks. I got my timing a bit mixed up. They are nice. I think they were just a bit before their time, like the China Markers, huh? I don't think people appreciated it at the time.

I have Bellyflop and never use it. I think I used it once. They are extremely sheer and crease. Not a great product but cool to find since they are rare.
