Shimmering Snowflakes Nail Look

Today I created a nail look that is perfect to wear around the holidays but also throughout the winter season. I incorporated midnight blue tones with holographic accents and rhinestones to create this Shimmering Snowflakes look. I hope you enjoy the video tutorial:
