Ok I used:

Nylon all over lid and to highlight
Steel Blue and Kelly green pigments mixed on crease and blended upwards
Shimmermoss over them and on lower lash line, creating a line outwards
Rose gold pigment to line upper lashes and a bit to deepen crease

On lips I used Adobe Girl liplacquer!
