Shirt dilemna!

Hey all,

Everytime I wear this shirt for work, I always have a dilemna. I never know what to wear for make-up.

The shirt is so bright that I really hesitate to wear any bright colours on my eyes. I've been sticking to neutrals. The problem, though, is which neutrals? "Cool" toned neutrals, like Dazzlelight, Satin Taupe, Shale, Trax, or "warm" toned neutrals, like Bronze, Mulch, Woodwinked and Phloof!?

I'm Asian, with an NC 30 complexion. I need your expertise!

That shirt color is strong and will draw attention to your face as well - so the color is indeed important...
