Shopping and browsing online at Macpro.com

They seem to have made some site changes over there. One of those changes seems to be that now you can shop directly on the site if you have a membership. Has anyone else seen this? Did they always have this available and I just missed it?

Has anyone actually tried to shop there yet? I tried to get a few things this morning. It wouldn't let me save my name and address to add an account. I was just wondering if it is a glitch in the new part of the site, or if it's just me

I wish it didn't require the pro card to order (even though I know that defeats the purpose of having separate, pro product).

I agree. I wish there was some way that consumers could purchase products at full price on the site.

You have to be a MAC Pro member to shop on the site. It's a program MAC has for makeup artists and other beauty professions.

Yeah you need a pro card because the username is your card number, if I remember correctly.

Can now purchase Pro products online

So, I received an email today that you can now use your PPID online now at MAC Pro. For some reason, it won't work on the new collections. But hey, at least we can now buy the staples without having to call or drive somewhere! Woo Hoo!

I believe you have to have a PPID # to order online. But you can certainly call any of the Pro stores and order.
