Should I get a backup?

I've never got a backup of anything before but I really love the Luella TLC in Trot on and it's LE.

How long do the TLCs usually last if I used it like 2x a week?

Should I buy a backup?

Thanks.

I think I would. If it's something you don't think you can find a similar product/shade in later. The LE's tend to go *poof*, at least about the time I'm thinking I should pick up another one, so now I plan ahead if possible.

If you really think you'll use it then go for it! Otherwise they tend to recycle or bring out similar stuff on a pretty regular basis

For a lip product you're using fairly often, I'd probably get a backup. I don't usually get backups of E/S because it takes forever to go through them, but yeah, for something like a lip balm, if you feel it's unique or you just plain love it, then it's worth having a backup IMO. =)

I always start using LE products right away so I can determine if I'll need a backup. I feel NO shame in buying a backup. You can always swap/sell it later if you find that you moved on to something different.
I actually have 2 backups of each luella tlc.

I also loved summerfete & got a backup of that.

I just sleep better at night knowing my backups are safe and sound and ready for me in 5 years when I may actually use up a product. ha.. ha.. ha.

I have a TLC that I've used for almost a year and a half and I still have just under half left. I probably use it 2-3 times a week.

I don't really do backups.

The thing is that before I would even be halfway through the original item, I know something else is going to come out that's going to catch my eye and my "backup" will be relegated to the back of the traincase.

I've never used a full lipglass, eyeshadow, or blush. NEVER.

The only things I've used up completely are a couple of foundations and a couple of lipsticks. But when they were finished, I was already moving on to something else and did not regret at all not having a "backup".

I also would be concerned about the quality of the backup item in a few years' time.

I always get a backup if I REALLY love it and its LE. I figure I can always swap/sell it later if I don't use it.

I've been going through my summerfete TLC like a hot knife through butter and I wish I had a backup. So if you really like it and use it consistently, you'll probably need to get another.

I have a Merrily blush and I just sold my back up. The amount of product you use is soooo small that the blush lasts forever!

you do know I expect this blush to outlive me, right?

If you use it often enough then there is no reason to not get a backup of it. TLCs last a long time and if it you HG lippie then I would suggest picking up another one!

In my experience blush lasts for ages. I used the same Nars Orgasm almost every single day from october 2007 until recently when I decided to diversify my cheek color.

I can see the pan, but it would certainly last at least until the new year if I were to keep using it every day. Probably more like until easter.

I have learned with MAC that if you love love it to get a backup. They might come out with something similar but for me its hard to go with similar.

I always think if you find anything you truley love it get another, just in case they decide to stop making it (It's happened to me a few times)
You'll never regret having 1 extra, but you could very easily regret not having any! I check mac's website weekly to see what's getting dicontinued
