My Q. is that Can I buy e/s in pans and buy empty quads/palettes from a non PRO store? such as a freestanding counter or a department store counter? because im going Birmingham tomorrow so i'm gonna visit MAC if i can and i'd like to know.

you can buy palettes from either a pro store or just a freestanding store

no problems but man i feel bad for you i had so many tourist come in and buy so much stuff because it is way cheaper here than in england
