It sees like whenever I use silver e/s it always ends up looking bluish.
This happens even when I use a colored base.
anybody know why this happen or know how to fix it?

Are you using a silver base with it? Are you using other colors that mix in with the silver? I know when I used a pink and silver side by side, it turned purple, but when I use silver all over my lid (no other colors) it stays true to color.

I have the same problem! I love Electra and Silver Ring but have given up on them because of this problem.

I tried using Sharkskin underneath but that just gave me a dark blueish colour instead

Even if I use a black liner to try to make the silver stand out it doesn't work on me.

Sorry that I have no advice though.

A lot of silvers have a blue base. I would try something that has zero blue undertones to it (I use Silver Metal pigment...it's a PRO color but I get samples of it here on the Sale/Swap thread

)...there are some out there, I just don't know of any others off hand.

Also, I use a frosty white base with it. I personally use Benefit's Mr. Frosty but I know MAC makes a white frosty shadestick...I think it's called Overcast? Anyway I hope that helps you!
