My hair is a very dark brown, almost black. In most lighting it will look black, but in natural light you can see it's just a VERY dark brown. I had to go this dark to cover up a bad dye job that I got when I tried a salon I wasn't used to

Anywhoooo lol, so it's not black but often looks it.
