Okay guys it's my first pic post but it's not me =( next time...My sister did this in like 5-10 minutes I just did her liquidlast liner.So this is what we used....

she was just grabbing anything outta my make up case and putting it on and when I seen her putting on the glitter eye kohl on her waterline I was like OH Shhhhh......But she's like ahhhh whateva I don't care...
