Small Lips! HELLLLP!

Okay, apparently I have super small lips or somthing- my lipcolor looks GREAT when it's a light or natural color (high tea l/s, c-thru l/g, snob l/s... etc)... for some reason if i even ATTEMPT to wear anything that is remotley dark it makes my lips look uber small.. like there's just this spot of random color on my face, haha! (etc.. vegas volt.. I LOVE THIS COLOR.. but it makes me look HORRIBLE!)... any suggestions? Liners to try? Anyone else with this problem!?

Darker colours will definitely be more difficult for you to pull off to your satisfaction. If you do try to extend the line of your lip beyond its natural boundaries, don't go far. At most, draw the liner around the outside edge of your mouth, just barely missing actual lip.

Also, make sure you go for a good gloss. The reflection of light from the gloss will help brighten it up and make it look fuller than a matte lip.

thanks girls that helps a lot! I have noticed that if i put a clear gloss over my vegas volt it does look a bit better!
