Smashbox Photo Op eye brightener

What do you think of Smashbox's Photo Op eye brightener. I just got it the other day and I don't see much of a difference? Just wondering if anyone had a similar experience or any advice?

My mom puts a little of Clarin's Instant Smooth underneath her eyes, and then dabs on the eye brightener. Her eyes looks fantastic!
