so i'm heading out the door to go to the mall .. SOLELY to get

and pick up my new d&g glasses from lenscrafters!
-edit- went to get mulch ... instead got coppering and espresso. lol.


when the mailman comes with two packages .. i'm like .. i thought all my orders from everywhere came in, anywho. i got ALL my makeup.com stuff!!! so excited. even though i got all my stuff, i'm never ordering from makeup.com again.

sooooo excited! the beginning of (hopfully) a good day! except for the fact that two seconds after i went to get the mail, my bra strap broke ... thats another story, lol.

I didn't order from MU.com during that HUGE 50% SALE, but ordered 4 MAC items and they were (are) perfect and well packaged.

I ordered from makeup.com a week ago and still have not received my items. I received a tracking email and was told it would take 6-10 days to receive my stuff. I check everyday on usps and have noticed that it is taking way to long to receive my items.

yea, makeup.com SUCKS. i ordered my things about .... 2 weeks ago. usually takes stuff about a week to come. and theres like ... no way to contact them.

for anyone who still has an order pending/questions about their order:

you can contact them through any email they sent you. they should have sent a confirmation email. they're actually really quick about replying.

there's nothing wrong with this site except for the fact that we completely overwhelmed their system. i'm sure that's why so many orders got deleted/cancelled. they will make good on any and all problems. no one should be worried.

my tracking number never worked, but i received my order anyway. one of my studio fix powders was slightly chipped and they refunded the entire amount within a day, no questions asked.

I got my makeup.com stuff yesterday. The tracking code they sent me a few days before never worked. I've tried contacting them through email before and never got replies. They stink. But for half off it's not too bad.

One of my lipsticks, it doesn't twist all the way down. Should I email them about it?

Trust me the tracking # works, but it takes a few days for you to see the information. Drugstore.com uses the same usps/ups hybrid shipping and it is much faster.... You are right, we overwhelmed the system.
