So, what's a good eyeliner?

It's been really hard for me to find an eyeliner that doesnt smear all over your eyes after just a few hours. I've tried mac powerpoint e/l, nyc, and sephora. but they all do the same thing.. smear.. so i want to see your opinions on this one. i prefer pencil liner, since i'm not too good with the liquid or the cream liners yet. thanks!

Bobbi Brown gel eyeliners are really the best for long staying power! Espresso Ink is a very nice dark brown. For an eyeliner pen, I just tried LORAC, Front Of The Line pen in black...Awesome liner! They are really popular at Sephora

do u use a base ? I use Urban Decay Primer Potion and my powerpoint stays on all day. Also, you can try dipping your eyeliner in fluidline then lining ur eyes. I'm not good with cream or liquid ..so I do that. Also another method is you can line your eye with pencil, follow with black eyeshadow with a brush. Then use fluidline or a liquid eyeliner. I heard Loreal Hip cream eyeliners are great. Goodluck.

To make applying the gel liners, Bare Escentuals makes a slanted thin eye lining brush that is easy to apply and gets the liner very close to the lash base.

Believe it or not Prestige eyeliners are the best. You can buy them in the drugstores and they're inexpensive. I've tried many high-end varieties but they don't wear as well as Prestige. These are the only ones that stay put all day. Give them a try. (What I also do with eyeliner is after I line with the pencil I go over it with a matching shade of eyeshadow.)

No i do not a base, however, i am going to start using UD from all the good reviews that I heard about it!!! And if it helps you ladies who use UD, at ulta they have it, and they have coupons monthly for $3.50 off your 10 dollars or more purchase. speaking which here it is:

You can get a eyeliner brush at walgreens or any drugstore and try that.

Urban Decays' 24/7 liners are really good and stay put,. I was quite shocked when I swatched on one my hand and even after a shower and OCD handwashing it was still there the next morning.

eyeliner is like all i wear so im constantly looking for a good one.
Here's my top 2 ive come across:
-Styli Style Flat Pencil Liner (stays on for a LONG time for pencil, esp. if you put e/s over it!)
-Urban Decay 24/7 eyeliner (stays on forever!)
I prefer the styli style pencil liner because of its shape, i can get a perfect line each time
