Solution to racoon eyes? Primer, sealer, both?

I have tried a million waterproof mascaras but they all end up under my eyes by the end of the day. I've tried only using a little, I don't put it on my bottom lashes, and lately I've even been putting waterproof clear mascara over it. Nothing works.

Should I try a sealer like She-lac or a combo like Lingerie and Golashes?

Lately I've been sticking to lower end mascaras because nothing works out anyway... but if someone can rec a higher end mascara that will stay put, I'm willing to try it out!

My lashes are already fairly long and thick so I'm not looking specifically for a volumizing, etc. product. Just a little polish.

this used to happen to me but i dont use waterproof(i find it to get too clumpy) When i use max factor volume couture i didnt get any racoon eye look and it works great!
Other than that i guess just try avoiding touching your eyes and stuff...could be the heat too if its really hot where you are i found that when i was in texas no mascara was a match to the heat and humidity!
hope this helps somewhat!

She-laq helps, also not putting mascara on lower lashes helps a lot. Try it, surprisingly it can give a uplifting wide eyed look to only have mascara on the upper lids.

I don't wear any on the bottom. It all just travels from the top lashes and end up under my eyes by the end of the day. I wear contacts and my eyes do water sometimes so that may be why. It's so annoying!

Lately I've just been wearing clear mascara but... that's no fun

I want to try the new Plushlash mascaras when they come out... I just love mascara. So maybe I'll just have to start trying out some sealers and things. Sigh.
