Something for Acne that WORKS!

Ok, I've posted this in my basic skincare maintenance about Lemon Continental Yogurt.. but let me tell you it works. This is the ONLY brand that works.

(the picture is of Peach, but get LEMON)

You can get this at an organic supermarket, but call around.. the one I called had to order a case of 12 but I got 10% off because they don't usually carry it stocked.. so it ended up being 12 for $10. It's usually .99 cents for one. You probably don't need all 12.. one container can last you 3 or more applications.

- Use this once a week to exofoliate skin if you don't have acne.

I started breaking out like CRAZY after I used this night cream from Biotherm, I guess it doesn't fit with my skin. So since my teacher recommended this.. I used it on my face.

- I used it twice a day, but you can use it once a day, & can I tell you how much better my skin turned out. Put it on 10-15 mins and wash it off.

PLEASE, try it. It will work. It has acidophilus in it to kill the bacteria. and 10% Alpha Hydroxy Acids that will exfoliate dead skin cells.

And it cost sooo much less than your expensive skin care regimens

too bad this isn't sold in Malaysia

Is this the only brand that works? Or can we use any yoghurt?

this is the only known brand I know to have acidophilus in it. maybe in Malaysia they have some. It's most likely in all natural ones, so try & look at ingredients. good luck!

their are tons of brands of acidophilous yogurts mostly carried at health food stores and most widely used for indegestion of food, its a good bacteria that will help kill some of the bad. If you go to a vitamin store look in the refridigeration section and they have acidophilious in capsules and powder form you can mix a small ammount of the powder into your skin cream and apply it to your face for the same effect.

Even some regular brands of yogurt have acidophilus, including Dannon All Natural, Yoplait Original and Breyers Smooth & Creamy. For this purpose, I would go with Dannon All Natural because it's *gasp* natural and available in plain.

Can you tell I eat a lot of yogurt?
