Still, no one has picked up on my comment in the origins of the name thread about how Specktra sounds like 'spectrum' - as in colour spectrum? Which is a very fitting name for a MAC addict website. Oh well; have to accept that not everyone is as obsessed with words as I am!

mspicieears, it sounds like a good enough therory for me!! I actually never thought about it in that way till you mentioned it. Now that i think about it even more, i have a feeling your right about the whole spectrum thing. lol
