Spotty Chest

What do you do if you have quite a spotty chest (the part were you would have if you were wearing a kind of low cut top)

I have my prom coming up and i don't want to be self concious about it all evening. Does anyone having a way of making it nice and smooth and spot free. Thankyou..

I use the PanOxyl Benzoyl Peroxide solid bath bar for my chest acne and it works great.

It looks like this:

If that isn't available where you are, I'm sure you can find another soap bar with the same active ingredient - 10% Benzoyl Peroxide.
