I wanted to know what everyone on this thread did to start their makeup career? I graduated from college to be a teacher but I realized I really want to do makeup. Did anyone start their career late! I need some encourgement!!

to specktra! many of us here don't actually have careers in makeup! i'm one of them. i just have a passion for all things cosmetics so do it as a hobby but you should check out the industry discussion section for lots of tips and tricks from people that do work for cosmetic retailers and such
