I'm still looking for an oil free foundation for my really oily acne prone skin that will give me good coverage and not break me out.any suggestions?

clinique's superfit worked well for me when i was a teenager when i was more oily and acne prone. i wanted to use MAC back then but since i was acne prone i thought it would've been too heavy and break me out more. now that i don't really break out i use MAC studio fix fluid. but since you're acne prone try clinique

origins next of skin! i don't know if it's oil free or not, but i used it a long time ago and i have really oily skin. i started using it again recently and i don't honestly know why i ever stopped! it gives such awesome coverage, it's smooth and never looks cakey. plus it stays on all day and doesn't wear off or move into pores.

Diorskin Forever compact... I'm extremely acne prone and very oily. This holds up well and touches up well. I love it! It gives decent coverage and is easy to blend.

I find that the studio mist foundation in mac clumps up on my skin rather than give me a smooth dewy finish. It was fine in the store but i used it yesterday and i had to remove it cos it didnt do me justice. it was all lumpy..

anyone no why?

I also think the MA tested me too dark cos i look orange and i hate it with the studio tech. I just find it easy to apply but its too damn dark..

and she gave me a darker concealor..i had to give it to my sister in law cos it was totally wrong for me..

do u guys think i shud book a makeover so they can test me for the perfect foundation and products?

Also note that I used primer too.

Diorskin Forever has some oil in it, it broke me out, the colours are pretty though. NARS oil free is excellent, no one breaks out from ha makeup. Fusion Beauty Microintuitive Makeup actually improved my skin to the point where I no longer need makeup.(Its oil free and somewhat astringent and very sheer and matte).

Before I bought DDF (which I owe my clear skin to! I hardly break out anymore), I used Nars Oil-Free Liquid Foundation. I liked it, and it didn't break me out but I didn't like the staying power. I now use Laura Mercier foundations.. I have her Oil-Free Tinted Moisturizer, which I would recommend, and another one of her Oil-Free liquid foundations (not sure what it's called), and her stick foundation (it has oil in it though..I think and it's heavy)..
