Strobe cream- before or after an anti-redness primer??

Hi all, My current routine is L'Occitane Divine Creme, then Strobe Cream (only on selected areas of my face!), then MAC Studio Sculpt foundation. However, I recently tried a sample of L'Oreal's Nude Magique Anti-Redness CC Cream and LOVED it! I have rosacea, so this looked amazing once my foundation was on. I used it after a little moisturiser, and under foundation, but no Strobe Cream. I'm about to go and buy a full size tube of the CC Cream, but what should my routine be next time I want to use my Strobe Cream too? Should it be Strobe Cream then CC Cream, or CC Cream then strobe cream?

I would apply strobe cream after primer. Perhaps even after foundation depending on what kind of effects you are going for.
