i am seriously stuck in a rut when it comes to my make up!
i always wear studio fix fluid foundation nw20, pink blush, netural eyes (usually naked lunch on lid and patina in crease) with pink lipstick (normally vgv or hug me).
i really want to start being a bit more adventurous with makeup but im not sure what would look nice on me. ive attached some photos so if anyone has any ideas thatd be great!!

Have you ever thought of wearing green and purple shades? Humid & Plumage will be perfect for this, with a bit of Carbon on the outer V to add some depth to the look. You can go for nude lips with that kind of makeup, you could try C-Thru or Prrr lipglass.

As a brown-eyed girl, you can wear practically everything

I have similar coloring as you and found myself also stuck in a makeup rut as well. I was wearing neutral, subdued eye shadows for a couple years until I pulled out of it by getting a makeup makeover done at my local MAC counter. I requested a day look and the MA used shades it wouldn't have occurred to me to try; great way to get out of the makeup doldrums!

TrollyDolly, I am looking at your pics and I'm thinking peach would be a better match for you than pink or mauve tones. You have some warm tones in your skin and hair...
good luck with the flight attendant job, I have always admired flight attendants cause I totally have a love/hate affair with flying....and the attendants always manage to look so calm even in exrteme turbulance.

It's painful, understanding that you need to be on a path toward wellness, innovation and creative happiness, but in reality you are spinning your wheels in some kind of quicksand. Sometimes, a small attitude adjustment can get you going, or a little inspiration. But quite often, altering your routine isn't enough. Here are some ideas for how to get free from a rut, seated in observation and action. Don't be stuck in a rut.
