Studio Perfect Foundation....HELP ME GET SOME OF THIS

i've been trying desparately to figure out how to get my hands on some of this.

i understand it's not available in the us. everyone i see on any message board i see the product discussed on usually lives in japan. i even contacted a mac artist & customer service from mac.com & they gave me the number to harrod's in london where i could do mail order & guess what? they don't carry mac anymore at all.

where can i get this? does anyone who works for mac know when this may be available in the states & why it isn't already?

It's an Asia exclusive. You could try to ask someone who lives there to do a Custom Purchase for you (here or on Makeupalley).

Awww, I just came back from Japan. I tried on the Studio Perfect, and it just kind of sat on my skin.

Yes, a cp is where you give someone money to buy something.

Just wanted to toss in that I love Studio Perfect... it's my favorite MAC foundation, by far. (I tried it in Japan when I went earlier this year)

i don't have any trips planned to japan anytime soon but i just may have to if that's the only way i can try this.

i think a happy medium between fix & tech would be perfect for my skin. fix is too dry but tech is too oily.

Have you called MAC yet to see if they have any plans to launch this in the U.S.? I would do that first.

i called & they just told me they'd share my feedback with the regional manager or something like that when i asked. basically they blew me off. guess it's not coming here anytime soon ) :

Studio Perfect SPF 15 Foundation has Medium-Full coverage, and a Natural-Matte finish.

That's bizarre. To my knowledge, Harrods has never stocked M·A·C.
