I've been trying out a variety of barely there looks for summer, I think this one is going to be one of the hottest yet! And in AZ that means your makeup will just melt off your face if you're not careful.
I think the lack of liner on the bottom rims makes my eyes look bigger, but almost in a cartoony way. I usually like black liner on the bottom though, my eyes seem to look tired in real life without it (for some reason it photographs fine either way).

Wet 'n' Wild Mega Eyes creme eyeshadow (inner corner, browbone)
