hi guys
I was swap-lifted by a girl from the UK through Youtube. We got to talking and it ended up being a swap of 50 USD/GBP. We sent each other a list of things we wanted from each other and agreed to post out at the same time. My end reached her about a month later (after it cleared customs and all that good stuff) and I haven't received anything. She refused to contact me in anyway and then 2 months ago out of the blue said she contacted me and said she got my package back cause she sent an aerosol can and agreed to post it out. Then again she doesn't respond to anything so I get a hold of a girl she is good friends with via email and tell her the situation. Her friend gets a hold of her then says that girl said her mom posted it out two days ago and its been a month. Im truly fed up with the situation and was wondering how should I go about filing for mail fraud or anything like that. I know she swap-lifted someone else too!
