Hmm, I don't think I'd recommend it. I've tried putting a broken lipstick back onto its bullet before and it didn't work out so well. What I was told to do was to scoop out the remaining lipstick from the part where the lipstick connects to the bullet (there's a LOT still in there!), the very gently press the lipstick into the hole. You can warm it up a little first to get the bottom squishy so it'll hold better, which I did using a hairdryer for a VERY short period of time on a low setting, and only focused on the very bottom of the lipstick. Some people also then put the lipstick in the freezer after reattaching it to the bullet to harden it up again, but I found that with my particular lipstick (which was a glaze), it drew out all the moisture and was not pleasant. And it didn't even really fix my lipstick either, I can't apply it directly to my lips, I have to use a brush or else it falls over under even just a little pressure. So yeah...I wouldn't recommend it, you could end up ruining your lipsticks. You also lose quite a bit of lipstick unless you put the stuff you scoop out of the bottom into another container, because there's a good centimeter or so of lipstick that you'll have to scoop out before putting the new lipstick in.
