This video is about Tarte Rainforest of the Sea Skin Twinkle Lighting palette. The skin twinkle palette comes with three shades for highlighting/strobing and concealing dark circles and adding radiance. Moonlight and Sunlight are used to illuminate high points of the face by applying onto the top of cheeks, nose and brow bones.
