it seems that Lime is a veluxe but is it not, are all the pro e/s's mattes? Red Violet also seems sort of veluxe-y (ha) to me.

all the pro eyeshadows are the same texture in my opinion. i can't compare it to veluxe pearls, frosts, etc because it's not like the other ones. it's way more chalky and theres no frost/shimmer/pearl/duichrome or anything

They actually differ quite a bit. Rose has almost a duochrome effect, whereas Plum is a frost. Others still are similar to velvets, and others mattes.

MAC PRO shadows do not have textures which are definable by the texture names used for the consumer line. That said, I've listed the shades with their closest consumer-line texture, to help give an idea of what they are like.

Midnight Blue- matte
Cobalt- velvet/satin
Dark Teal-
Teal Blue- velvet
Lime- matte
Sky Blue- velvet
Aqua- matte
Red Violet- matte
Plum- satin/frost
Red Brick- matte
Coral- matte
Rose- satin/frost/duochrome
Burnt Orange- matte
Goldenrod- matte
Canary Yellow- matte

I have Plum, it was released with the Madame B collection if I remember correctly. I don't like it, it goes on chalky and there's hardly any pigment.
