do you apply after or mix together?

I used the teenie brush that came with it,sprinkle a tiny tiny bit of pigment on a bit of paper and just picked it up with the wet brush

She Laq is great. Hideously expensive, but works a treat.

Trust me, it will. I've set my liquid liner with She Laq and then spent the day at Wet & Wild - ten hours later I had a hell of a sunburn but perfect liner.

Im in the UK and its was £18 over here.....pricey but I reckon 100 times better than the mixing medium
