It is an elixer for dry skin. I have combo skin that leans on the oilier side with tendencies for dryness. I use it when my skin is particularly dry. A few drops massaged into my face bfore bed does the trick for me.

i saw that on MUA but the person put all her lipglasses in it and it looked NEAT! they all went in a circle and then all her tubed glosses she put on the bottom part.
