I took my 12 y.o. daughter to a Harry Potter book release party last night. I was going to do a Gryffindor vs. Slytherin eye, but it looked like crap, so I took it off and just put something on which I thought was a bit dramatic. These pics were taken after we got home (at midnight-thirty! UGH! WAY past my bedtime) and in different light from the pics I normally take. So, my lip color is all gone, and I'm looking pretty ragged, but I wanted to share the eyes, anyway.

I did have black e/l on my waterline, but it was pretty much gone at this point, I think.

I like. I feel so sorry for you. I spent last night at a Harry Potter themed baseball game. OMG I wanted to shoot myself in the face. We were showing the Goblet of Fire and selling the books at midnight. There were kids dressed up running around pointing their wands at stuff. I'm so glad I got lucky and was sent home before the movie and books started. (I'm not a HP fan if you haven't already gotten that vibe.)

LOL!! Thanks, knoxy. And sorry! I *am* a Harry Potter fan but not a die-hard one. Put it this way, had it not been for my daughter, I wouldn't have been at that party. But it was fun. And a good chance to support a small local business.

Loving the colors!! I... like knoxy... AM NOT a HP fan! I just never got into it and am about sick & tired of hearing about it! You are a very cool mom for taking your 12 y/o to get the book right away & letting her stay up so late

Thanks!! There were lots more older kids (high school/college age) and adults at this one than kids! They did have some live owls, though. It was neat.

I like wearing reds, but they're pretty dramatic for "normal" wear. Of course, that hasn't stopped me much already. LOL. I LOVE LOVE LOVE that "OMG" color from Pure Luxe! Awesome color!
