The eyes...focus on the eyes

Ok....so there are a lot of things I would change about these pics so let's not focus on those things. LOL....I liked how the eyes came out but I just couldn't figure out what to put on my wateline to make everything really pop. I tried Frostlite but I can never get it to work. The fluidline won't stick. Any suggestions on what to use on the waterline?

Bagatelle - inner 1/3
Woodwinked - lid
Tempting - crease
Bronze - defined crease
Retrospeck - highlight
Hipnotique - lower lashline
