The New Orleans Haul,...

So I get to New Orleans planning to buy the holiday palettes at Sak's fifth ave on Canal street,.. but Saks being the stuck up buttheads that they are were closed. Apparently after Katrina they wanted to pull out but Canal Place wouldn't let them break the lease (You go Canal Place!!). But since they were closed my lovely hotel had internet access,...

So I ordered The Warm Eyes palette and Peach lips. They should be here today.

In New Orleans though I found a little place called Fifi Mahony's (I think they have a website if you search for it) Had tons of Ben Nye, Urban decay, the coolest wigs and lashes ever,.. So the biggest haul of my trip happened here,...

Cherry Red GL shadow
Tangerine GL shadow
Persimmon GL shadow
Golden Apricot GL shadow
Mineral foundation Mineral Veil (Not sure of the brand)
2 Mineral glimmer powders (Not sure of the brand)
Ben Nye Makeup sealer (x2)

I will go back for the Yellow, Green, and purple GL shadows I want later,..

I also stumbled across a LUSH store!!!

I hauled:
Honey bee bath bomb
Rockstar soap
about 4 of the Bubbly bath things
and some massage bars

I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE New Orleans,.. or now I can actually call it N'awlins!

oohhhh...exciting!!!! Great Haul!! I'm actually heading to New Orleans in a few weeks to see my bf (who just got stationed there after 2 years over seas). I'm soo glad to know that there is in fact shopping to be done

I'm planning a trip there around New Years, so tell me, where is this little shop, Fifi Mahony's? It sounds really cool!

Fifi's is on Decatur Street. Also, there's a MAC F/S that's opening on November 9, 2006, at the Lakeside Mall in Metairie, LA. It's about a 15 minute drive from downtown N.O. to the mall
