This is frustrating!!

I went to MAC tonight and bought a shadow and mascara. I asked for Pro Longlash in Pitchblack. I got home and I actually got Pro Lash in Charcoal Brown. The SA is one that I love, but it's annoying! It's happened before too, I asked for a palette, and didn't even realize until I got home that they didn't even give it to me. The mascara is untouched, will they still throw it out? I was annoyed when I saw that it was just Pro Lash, and was going to keep it. But theenn I checked and noticed it wasn't even a black! Aaahh now I have to go back tonight on my way to dinner, as I'm out of mascara.

Err! That would be annoying. They left out Sensualize the last time I went, at least i didn't pay for it. Pretty sure that they do toss anything that goes over the counter into the customers hands.

It just happened to me last weekend when I bought a couple of pro pan colors. I'm that's happened to everyone at least a couple of times

it almost ahppened to me as well when the MA put in my bag Canary Yellow or something instead of Chrome Yellow but thank God I realised!
