^this is gonna sound silly, but i've looked and looked for the NYC one but never can find it. Its on fifth ave somewhere. I don't know the exact address offhand but its on the MAC website. I'd love to find it one day lol.

The exaxt address is 132 Fifth Avenue, right around 22nd. It is not a storefront so that is propbably why you cant find it. It is located in a building that has a a big gold door with a gold sign to them left that says something Equities. It is on the second floor and if the door is locked, just ring the bell to get buzzed in.

It is, (or was last January), directly above a Verizon store. Just look up to the floor above and you'll see the MAC pro store. As Jude has said, go in the door to the right of the Verizon store and up to the next floor.

Yup!! The first time I went I got a little bit lost, but you'll find it. It was locked and all you do is turn a little and there is a directory sort thing, press the button next to MAC and they will ring you right in
