i taped off the section i wanted to fill first. then i filled in between the tape with some bright pink color by makeup forever..i don't know the name, it was my friend's

. then i just drew a line on the top and bottom with black tied, and did some liquid liner. no paints, all powders, it took a while but i love doing them
