Toning Sneaker & Sandal

Has anyone tried out the Toning Sneaker and Toning Sandal by Curves? They claim to sculpt & tone your legs. "Helps improve balance & posture." They are available through Avon. I was thinking about trying these out.

these fitflop things, fit sneakers, all of them WILL NOT make you "toned" which isnt even a fitness word because you can tone muscles, you either build them or you dont.

They will help ease pain in back and knees because of the support though (at leats that is what the fitflops do) but i watched a study or whatevr on some news netwrok where they really werent good to wear for exercising or continuous walking.

I really only wear them around the house like house shoes or regular flip flops. Are my legs more toned? nope, at least not from flip flops. just from dancing and my stair obsession.

Thanks so much for the reviews. I am leaning more toward the sneaker for my walking exercises.
