Travelling to US, Makeup Recs needed?!

ok, so i'm traveling to the US this week, and I'm planning on buying ALOT of makeup there

. The first place i want to go is OF COURSE the CCO! Mac is really expensive here compared to the US, and i would like to snatch up some deals.

But i also want to go to the drugstore to buy a couple of items they do not sell here, or they sell at a much higher price. I was wondering when do i know if there is a sale in the drugstores because i want to save as much as I can.

Also I want to buy NYX if i can, do they sell it at CVS or like at a perfume outlet or something? where exactly can I find it? And any other makeup recs i should get from the US? thx

Check out the drugstore website & look at the weekly ads.

That will tell you what's on sale.

NYX is sold mostly at Ulta stores, you can find the locations on their website (ulta.com). Beware that the selection is rarely as good as it is on their website, maybe you want to order online in advance and have it sent to wherever you are going to be staying. As far as sales at drugstores, if you walk into any drugstore (CVS, Walgreens), usually each product is marked clearly if it is on sale.

when i go to the states i love wallgreens! i always buy l'oreal hip products and also milani products. oh and i stock up on mascaras i can't get in the uk like maybelline full and soft

sephora is also good to go to - i bought my first nars and mufe products from there

i only have seen NYX in ulta but my ulta has a great selection

Go to Sephora to check out MUFE, NARS, Urban Decay and other great brands!

Check out Target or Walmart's cosmetic selection too...a whole lot cheaper than Walgreens (but may not be as easily available depending on where you're staying at)
