What would you do if MAC decides to finish becoming a company? Not selling their products anymore?

If you had to give up collecting MAC for one thing, what would it be?

if mac decided to call it quits and closes up, i'd save so much money it wouldn't be funny. i dont even think it would hurt me cause i have enough mac to open up my own store.

If they closed up and quit selling I would have no choices, I'd have to find another fun brand alternative Maybe urban decay or NARS or Stila would get more of my buisness but IMO nothing will compare.

If I had to give up MAC for 1 thing I would pick a happy healthy normal marriage and family and children.

I have enough stuff stocked now to last me(even face products!) for a few years, so I think I'd be okay. I'd probably start using more Stila, too(2nd fave brand). Possibly more Origins. I wouldn't be the way I am about MAC, though. So it would definitely save me some money.

I guess after I got done crying, I would go to my back up favorite brands, Too Faced, Lancome, and Cargo. And NARS and Stila. So I guess I would be ok

good quality and fantastic selection comes at a price...you get what you pay for.

i guess that's true, i rather pay more for quality than buy drugstore brands

It's not really that pricey when you compare it to other department brands.
I often refer to MAC as a mid-range product line (mid-to-high), as opposed to what I'd call high-end like Chanel, Dior, Shu Uemura, Bobbi Brown, Nars, etc.

i'd be really sad, but i'd eventually get over it. i have enough make up as it is to last me awhile. i'd probably also get more into brands i haven't really explored, like make up forever and ben nye.


tattoos! i used to be really good about throwing extra cash into a "fund" for them, but now most of my spare dough goes towards impulse make up buys..

well if i ever ran out i would head to>
-clinique for foundation
- nars for blusher
- normal drugstore for mascara
- urban decay for eyeshadows
- hmm the eyeliner one is tricky

I already have more MAC than I could use up in my life, so I'd be sad.... but probably kind of relieved. I'd save SO much money. I would get into other brands more-- UD, Nars & Stila. But I'd save tons of money not having to buy a million LE items every two weeks.

If mac closed down, some other company would take over and steal our money... so big deal... Anyways I have enought make-up to last me some good 10 years


if I had to give up my whole mac collection... for a lot of money so I would open up my own company, so I can live on a tropical island, with a nice sunny beach with the hotest man around... yup... thats what I would do

Or a 1000$ ( double the amount of what I paid haha ( i only own about 400$ of mac ))
