Ok i used MAC Vanilla pigment but all the rest came outta this palette thingy i bought for an euro in spain. I'm not wearing a base or mascara cos im tired and cannot be assed to do that lol. I used Blu Cantrell's idea from her video breathe, i have neither the lashes or metallic e/s so i made my own alternative

K, start off with prepping your face as usual (i didnt do this lol)

Apply vanilla pigment both on your lids and the highlighting area

Get a brush (small) and apply a light blue colour in the crease from the inner corner to outer corner and flick a little bit. You don't have to do the flick, i did it cos i liked the look of it lol

Clean up the brush a little bit then get a dark blue and apply on the lids.

the finished results look like this:

what wud make that perfect would be some black/brown mascara and/or black brown liner on the bottom waterline (but i realised you said you dont know how to apply liner in your other post)

but nice nonetheless

i agree with na_pink - some mascara and liner would really complete the look!

other than that, it's really pretty! =D ♥

Agreed about mascara and liner.
Seriously..A base would make that color pop...
it looks kind of faded with out it.

I agree with everyone else. i look at myself with all kinda crazy colors and im like... whta the hell was i thinking.. then after the liner and mascara get put on in like..... THIS is what i was thinking. lol. If you dont know how to apply liner try looking for a tutorial. I use regular eye pencil rather than liquid its easier for me to control it. But you should definitley try it out

i tried to do liner once and it looked like Bille Joe Armstrong from greenday lmao! I'm looking into investing an Urban Decay Primer Potion, apparently it's a good base for the eyes, any opinions on this? I can't access MAC at all shops and ebay cos i have zilch paypal =|

Urban Decay Primer Potion is great too. i say do it.
and seriously..about the liner thing. There has to be a day that you can just spend sometime praticing eye liner.
it makes a HUGE difference.
Trust me, practice using it..it will be well worth it.

Was the Blue Cantrell picture inspiration, or is it supposed to be a tutorial for that specific look? If the latter is the case, you'd need to add a whole lot of stuff to get the right look; namely, false lashes, a dark crease color, and a whole lot of eyeliner and mascara. If you don't add those steps, the tutorial looks incomplete.

Why do you have problems applying eyeliner and mascara? Is it because it melts on your skin or because you don't know how to apply it? If melting is the issue, you should try waterproof eyeliner/mascara because they're usually smudgeproof also. Your coloring looks very fair, so using dark brown eyeliner/mascara will be a better idea than wearing black.

I think that a stronger, more defined brow would also help recreate the inspiration photo...play with your spoolie/brow groomer brush and some eyeshadows! Eyebrow shape and color can be fairly flexible and contributes a lot to a look.

I agree with the others re: liner and mascara, and think that your eyes would look lovely with a rich brown liner. Tightlining would be perfect and thicken the appearance of your lashes (even without mascara). There are a bunch of tutorials if you're not familiar with the technique and IMO it is a foolproof way to define your eye, even easier than the traditional method.

Vaseline tapped lightly on the eyelid can help you get a "wet" almost metallic look in photos, but it wears like crap.
