Look who my sister found! We were at a picnic and we started to find tree frogs again (they have been very elusive in the past few years). She let me play with him before we let him go.

I think the frog was a little drunk in this picture because my sister caught him in her wine cup. :-x

Great looks! I especially love the first one...absolutely beautiful!

Looks like it'd be great for a wedding - it's so soft and romantic looking.

About the frog... he/she is adorable. But a quick word to the wise: frogs use their skin as a supplemental breathing organ. Oils on human skin can be particularly dangerous to them, sometimes to the point of being toxic. So yes, enjoy their cuteness but let them be! Many, many frog species have become extinct or endangered since the 1950s. It's no surprise you've been encountering fewer than in the past. (My advance apologies for the rant.)

They both look absolutely stunning! I especially love the first one. The lips compliment the first one so nicely, too. And aww, I dislike frogs but it's so tiny that it's cute! lol

Thank you for the advice. The reason why we've been seeing less is because the pond in the back yard used to be bigger and that's where they breed. When the water went down and the fish were still in the pond, the fish would eat the young. Now that the fish are completely gone and the pond has stopped being filled in, the frogs are making a rebound.

Aww wow thank you so much!! Childhood memories flooding back!! HAha when I was a kid our house used to back on to a nature reserve and we would get lots of wildlife coming right up to our house! Especially Big red kangaroos, wallabies, snakes o_0, and hundreds and millions of frogs and we used to get one kind that looked just like this little dude!! Every time it rained I used to go out to this tree we had and it would have hundreds of these little frogs on it!! I loved it!!

I just love listening to choruses of frogs at night. We even found a rabbit in our yard today (usually they come at night so we don't see them). Sometimes we get deer because they eat our neighbor's rose bushes. Our neighbors get mad, but I would rather have the bushes as "deer-viewing bait" than "rose-viewing pleasure".

I really (really) did not mean to sound 'ranty'. :p
