I have a large sample of it and have to say that so far I like it. It is now available on Sephora.com and of course at Urbandecay.com I just started using it, so I'll report back after I've used it for a few more days. So far I can say that I prefer it over Philosophy The Present, because UD isn't as thick. Forgot to add that I'm using the Pore Perfecting.

I have tried this too and it's a unique feeling primer lol, it's not heavy though which is great in my case. I say it's going to be slightly different then smashbox (I use the light version of that since I'm an oil slick) going on smashbox feels like it sinks in within a minute or two versus urban decay felt like it went on dry but yet wet I guess? It's so hard for me to describe UD's lol, I'm going to use it again today and see if I can give ya a better review lol.

Which one did you use? Brightening or Pore perfecting?

I thought they both had silicon (which makes my face freak out), so I wasn't interested, but apparently the brightening one doesn't, so I might give it a try. I actually fell in love with the Korres primer but just wasn't willing to pay $28, so I'm not sure if I'll buy this one or not. I've been using Japanese UV bases for a while, and I really like them, so I'm not sure if I want to switch -- SPF is pretty key for me, so I'd probably only switch if a primer really made a difference in staying power.

Musings of a Muse has an in-depth review of the Brightening Primer Potion, check it out.

Oh nothing like smashbox. Since Smashbox is more silicone, UD is more cream, but not oily cream. The consistency is just right, it adheres to your skin so that your makeup stays, but doesn't feel greasy. Kind of hard to explain, but its unique and I much prefer it over any face primer that I've tried thus far.
