udpp vs. paint

I use both. UDPP to prevent creasing because sometimes the paint still creases... but the paints make the color pop. I also do a UDPP and shade stick combo depending on what I am wearing that day and the shadow formula. I also feel like my overall application looks better when I use both.

No base has worked for me the way UDPP does. I used to powder my eyelids and get decent staying power, but the UDPP has kept my makeup flawless for 16 hours, which includes working in a hot office and going to a dance class.

I use paint and I've never had a problem with it once. I still have to give UDPP a try. Just haven't gotten around to it yet.

I use UDPP and then layer Paint on top. I have oily lids and Paint by itself creases like crazy. I hardly use UDPP on its own 'cause although it has staying power like a mo' fo', I find it makes e/s really hard to blend.

Have you tried Laura Mercier Eye Basics? I just got a tube in Caramel a few weeks ago and I love it. It's got the staying power of UDPP but more blending capability.

I started out using Bare Canvas Mac Paint and found it was okay, but I think the UDPP seems to make the pigments go on a bit brighter and crease less so I'm going to have to go with UDPP! I'm hooked on it. It feels so nice on as well. The mac paint is okay but it's not very long lasting... and can crease....

Ditto! My eyes were stay-put thru an 8 hr day, followed by a night at the Christina Aguilera concert last week. I came home after midnight my shadow looked just as it did when I first applied it. From UDPP I shall never stray.

Hello, i prefer the primer potion UD no doubt

The paint is ok but not enough for people with glasses (yep, eyelids are more "greasy" with glasses). And the pp is more "universal" i think, one pp for all e/s and not one paint for one e/s and one another paint for another e/s

i've never used UDPP, only paint and personally paint has worked just fine! but i also discovered that WnW's megaeyes cream shadows work just as well as paints and they're only $2.99/ea. versus paint being, what...$14/ea?

They are both great! The paints are a little thicker & dry very quick & my shadows dont *POP* as much as I would like. I don't crease with either formula, but I prefer the UPP its thinner & easier to blend and it makes a great base under lipsticks too!

Paint by a looooong shot! I have super oily, gross eyelids, and I have never had paint crease on me. I wear Tan Ray everyday, and to make colors pop, I wear CCB on top, or a shadestick. I would never, ever dream of wearing shadow without it!

Color me slow, but why do you say that glasses make your eyelids oilier? I wear glasses and have and oily crease and nose, but I was just wondering how glasses make the eyelids oily?
