im presuming if you buy something online and swatch it that it cant be returned? I know it seems a daft question but just wondered

thanks hun - thats really handy to know...mind you I'd probably feel bad returning anything and just HAVE to keep it LOL

You best bet is to obtain a sample of the product first to see if you like it. Call customer services and they ought to be able to arrange that. It will save a full sized product being returned and destroyed.

Returned products are never resold but destroyed for safety reasons (they often go straight into the Back 2 M·A·C).
