Under eye circles

I don't think this fits under the dark eye circles thread because I don't have a problem with the darkness, I just have circles under my eyes that I really dislike.
Here's an example

I've been told to try 'All about eyes' eye cream from clinque and moisturelush eyes from MAC.
I have no problem spending the money but do I was wonder do they work?
And if there is other alternatives?

Any help would be great.
Thanks all.

Hi, I have a similar problem, from my 'research' its caused by hollowness in the undereye area, like the area there doesn't have any fat behind it to keep it level with the rest of you face if that makes sense, its just a genetic thing, from what i understand it can be filled with injections, but I havent tried it, not my cup o' tea

but I dont think a cream will help for that specific problem

Hey thanks.
That makes sense, I really don't think I could do the injections, especially around the eye area.
For me it looks worse because I have quite fatty/rosy cheeks

Dark circles may be caused by a deficiency of vitamin K. Regardless of the cause, however, eye creams containing organic ingredients such as vitamin K and hyaluronic acid reduce puffiness and discoloration significantly in many people. Long-term daily use seems to have the greatest effect.

Use a concealer that will camouflage the dark under-eye circles. It's important to use a concealer that matches your undertone (namely, yellow and peach (for bluish circles). After applying the concealer, set it with a light dusting of translucent powder.
