underage lipglass

I'm thinking of buying it, but I'm afraid it won't show up because my lips are a dark pink already. I want my lips to be a nudey pink shade, so that's why I was thinking of buying it, but I don't know if I'll need something to put on first to guarentee the underage lipglass color to show up instead of just being a gloss. What's everyone think? Any suggestions?

I know what you mean. My lips are kind of a red/pink color and show through a lot of the colors I try. But I do have Underage and it looks great on. Nice and pale pink. You could try a lip primer. But I don't know of a good one. I have used Benefit's before but I didn't like it.

Underage is actually pretty pigmented. It's really light. I have it and I hate it. Too light for me.

2nd a couple other people. I wouldn't worry about Underage not showing up. It's really pigmented.

Miss Bunny with Underage over it is a great combo. Underage is acutally the first lipglass I've ever finished.

Yes, Underage will definitely show up on your pigmented lips and tone them down. If you watched Laguna Beach, this is Kristin's favorite lipglass!

She wore it a lot on the show and it looks GREAT on her. When my hair was darker (my natural color) it didn't look quite right on me, and I haven't tried it by itself since my hair is lighter, but I did get a great idea from "ilovedisneyland"s fotd...she used Deliciously Rich, one of my favorite lipsticks, underneath Underage. I love how it looks, so maybe the key is to wear Underage on top of something. I also heard that Britney wore Underage in the Oops I Did It Again video, I think it's on that makeup411 site. That was when she was cute and wore makeup

if you love the color but its similar to your natural hue.. you could opaque-it-up with a similar lip liner or use a primer so it looks less sheer and more like a lipstick.
