Up The Amp! l/s question

What to wear with this (liner and gloss) to tone it down a bit? On the cover of my Sophistocate's Hairstyle mag Gwen is wearing a color that looks like a toned down version of it. I love it, and have it, but feel like it's hard to pull off. Thanks!

I agree with you that it's a hard colour to pull off. I've had my eye on it for a while. I guess I can get away with experimenting with different colours at work though so I may end up getting it. I only tried it with Magenta liner and that was very true to Up the Amp's colour. Maybe try it with Plum liner to tone it down?

never tone it down it is sooooooooooo hot i'll find a pic

i nnever use aliner adn at tips i put clear lipglass over to make it even brighter

I've never used mine with a liner either. I suppose try Subculture, Dervish, or Whirl maybe to tone it down?

I always wear it with Plum liner because I need to tone it down.

Have you tried wearing it as a stain, ie blotting most of it off after you've applied it? I think it looks really pretty like this, you still get the vibrant colour but it doesn't look too scary.
